VELORA Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your VELORA purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition received.

Non-Returnable Items For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned once opened:

• Oral care products (tongue scrapers, whitening powders, serums)
• Skincare tools that have been used

How to Request a Return Email us at support@velora.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Wrong Items If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and we will send a replacement at no cost.
